Ce que vous traversez ici n'est pas une suite d'images du corps, mais une suite de seuils. Chaque pièce isole une fine membrane — une peau, un voile, une vitre, un souffle, un filet d'eau — et la met à l'épreuve, là où l'intérieur et l'extérieur se touchent sans se confondre. Le corps n'y apparaît qu'au moment où il disparaît : dissous dans la lumière, lavé par un produit, deviné derrière un tissu, rendu visible un instant par l'eau qui coule. Rien ne reste fixe ; le latex se dégonfle, l'encre monte dans le papier, la lumière se déplace avec le soleil, et l'exposition n'est jamais tout à fait la même d'un jour à l'autre. Une question circule entre les œuvres : qui décide de ce qui est visible ? Ce corps qui se dérobe au regard n'est pas absent — il garde le droit de ne pas se livrer entièrement, le droit à sa propre opacité.

당신이 여기서 지나가는 것은 신체의 이미지들이 아니라 일련의 문턱이다. 각 작업은 하나의 얇은 막을 분리한다. — 피부, 베일, 유리, 숨, 한 줄기 물을 — 그리고 안과 밖이 섞이지 않고 닿는 그곳에서 그것을 시험에 부친다. 신체는 오직 사라지는 순간에만 나타난다. 빛 속에 녹고, 약품에 씻기고 천 뒤로 어렴풋이 짐작되고 흐르는 물에 의해 한순간 보이게 된다. 어느 것도 고정되어 있지 않다. 라텍스는 바람이 빠지고, 먹은 종이를 타고 오르며 빛은 태양과 함께 움직이고 전시는 하루하루 결코 똑같지 않다. 하나의 질문이 작업들 사이를 흐른다. " 무엇이 보일지는 누가 정하는가?" 시선에서 물러나는 이 신체는 부재하는 것이 아니다. 그것은 자신을 온전히 내주지 않을 권리, 자신의 불투명성에 대한 권리를 지킨다.
Exhibition Text
What you move through here is not a series of images of the body, but a series of thresholds. Each piece isolates a thin membrane — a skin, a veil, a pane of glass, a breath, a thread of water — and puts it to the test, there where inside and outside touch without merging. The body appears only at the moment it disappears: dissolved in light, washed away by a chemical, glimpsed behind a fabric, made visible for an instant by running water. Nothing stays fixed; the latex deflates, the ink rises through the paper, the light shifts with the sun, and the exhibition is never quite the same from one day to the next. A question circulates among the works: who decides what is visible? This body that withdraws from the gaze is not absent — it keeps the right not to give itself entirely, the right to its own opacity.
